About Me
I’m a registered technician working with a fantastic team in a busy multi-sited lab.
Working at the bench every day as a registered dental technician and then working on the business every evening as a lab owner, as I know most lab owners do, I fully appreciate the challenges that our profession brings.
The DLA is a strong well-respected organisation with ongoing dialogue at many levels and with many bodies that have the opportunity to provide the best support and advice for lab owners.
The first thing I did upon setting up a new lab was to become DLA and DAMAS registered to benefit from the excellent office support and consistency the systems implemented and brought to the business to help us through the challenges I knew we would face. It was one of the best decisions we ever made, and the support and advice to ourselves and the rest of the membership through the Global pandemic were invaluable.
