Job Title: Production Manager
Description of the job role:
- Lead & manage CAD design and milling technician teams
- Own full production cycle – digital intake to quality-checked dispatch
- Meet same-day turnaround commitments for clients
- Drive quality control, production KPIs & continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage Customer Support function & handle lab client technical escalations
- Report capacity metrics & operational performance to senior management
- 10+ yrs dental industry experience (5+ conventional lab, 5+ CAD/CAM)
- Solid understanding of exocad & 3Shape workflow
- Strong computer literacy and basic office S/W
Hours of work: Full Time
Annual Salary: from £65,000 + Performance Bonus
Location: Walton-on-Thames, KT12
