Urgent – Device Registration Review – please update your MHRA listing as soon as possible

Following the DLA MHRA registration review exercise, we ask all members who have been contacted by the DLA to make any required amendments to their device listings on their MHRA account as soon as possible, and no later than 30th January.

We are already hearing reports of issues on the MHRA website, including error messages and delays during peak usage times. These problems are likely to worsen as the deadline approaches, so we strongly recommend acting now rather than waiting until the end of the month. Please allow around 10 minutes to log in and make any required changes at your earliest opportunity.

MHRA’s second fee estimates will be based on the information they hold as of 1st February, so it is essential that your devices listing on your MHRA account is accurate and up to date before the end of January.

Unfortunately, the DLA does not have the resources to double check amendments completed after 30th January. By ensuring your own amendments are completed promptly, the revised fee estimate should reflect your corrected information and, in many cases, this is expected to reduce fees to around £300. If this is not the case, we will of course look into this for you.

As the only non-profit organisation supporting members in this way, we need your cooperation to ensure the second fee estimate reflects the correct and reduced fee.

For some DLA members, certain devices may need to remain listed until the end of March (as advised); however, please proceed with all other amendments as soon as possible and before 30th January.

Thank you to all members for your cooperation and prompt attention to this important matter.
