Due to the high volume of MHRA fee estimate enquiries, the DLA has made a small adjustment to our Christmas office hours.
Email support will remain available on 22nd and 23rd December. During this time, we will be working through MHRA related enquiries to ensure every member receives a response.
Telephone support will close at 12pm on Friday 19th December and will restart at 9am on 5th January 2026.
If you have anything urgent or specifically related to MHRA fee estimates, please contact us by email at info@dla.org.uk and we will respond as quickly as possible.
All emails received after 23rd December will be responded to on 2nd January.
Normal service, including both email and telephone support, will resume on 5th January 2026.
